Rental Details
Casa del Cielo de las Estrellas is rented as the entire house only. No partial home rentals are possible. You never have to share our beach or amenities with other guests. · The rent includes accommodation of up to four persons (including children). Add $15 per extra person per night. · Maximum occupancy is six persons. Exceptions are possible, but only with special arrangements. · We have a minimum of a 3 nights rental or a additional cleaning charge of $50 for stays less than 3 days will be charged. · In addition to the rent we require a security deposit of $125 that will be refunded within 15 days of departure. · Check in time is after 3 pm and check out time is before 10 am. Earlier check in or later check out might be possible, but only with prior agreement (inquire). |

Rates
Low season: May 01 – Oct 30 night - $ 110 week - $ 770 additional persons over four – add $15 charge per person per night
High season: Nov 01– April 30 night - $ 130 week - $ 910 additional persons over four – add $15 charge per person per night
· For stays in excess of 10 nights – 5% discount · Rates do not include 12% sales tax

Reservation
For a reservation, always first inquire for availability by email or phone. If available for rent, we will put a temporary hold on the house awaiting the arrival of your payment to secure the reservation.
· Up to 60 days prior to your arrival date, you can secure a reservation of Casa del Cielo de las Estrellas with a refundable security deposit of $125.
· The full payment of the rent plus the security deposit is due within 60 days prior to your arrival date.

Payment
For payment we prefer payment through PayPal. You can pay with your credit card using PayPal. If you are not familiar with PayPal we can send you instructions. We also accept money orders or cashier checks.

Cancellation/ Refund Policy
You may cancel your reservation with the following limits: · Up to 60 days prior to your arrival date, receive a full refund. · Up to 30 days prior to arrival date, receive a full refund less the $125 security deposit. · No refund of the rent is possible within 30 days of your arrival date unless we can secure another reservation for the same dates. We will only refund the security deposit.
We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances. We cannot pay a refund due to bad weather, arrival delays or early departures. We are not responsible or liable for any losses, delays, damages, or injuries. |
