Rental Details

 

             Casa del Cielo de las Estrellas is  rented as the entire house only. No partial home rentals are possible.  You never have to share our beach or amenities with other guests.

· The rent includes accommodation of up to four persons (including children).  Add $15 per extra person per night. 

· Maximum occupancy is six persons. Exceptions are possible, but only with special arrangements.

· We have  a minimum of a 3 nights rental or an additional cleaning charge of $50 for stays less than 3 days will be charged.

· In addition to the rent we require a security deposit of $125 that will be refunded within 15 days of departure.

· Check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before 10 am. Earlier check-in or later check-out might be possible, but only with prior agreement (inquire).

             Low season: Aug 16– Oct 15

             Mid season: May 01– Aug 15; Oct 16– Nov 15

             night     - $ 145

             week      - $ 1015

             additional persons over  four – add $15 charge per person per night

 

             High season: Jan 03– Apr 30; Nov 16– Dec 23

             night     - $ 165

             week      - $ 1155

             additional persons over  four – add $15 charge per person per night

 

             2016 Holiday season:  Dec 24 – Jan 02 (5 night rental minimum)

             5 nights                         - $ 975

             additional night            - $ 195

             additional persons over  four – add $15 charge per person per night

 

· Rates do NOT include Mexican 14% IVA Tax.

· For stays in excess of 10 nights – 5% discount

· Repeat guest and referral discounts (inquire)

· Housekeeping/ maid services not included, but possible with a fee

Reservation

 

             For a reservation, always first inquire for availability by email (flodur54@hotmail.com). If available for rent, we will put a temporary hold on the house awaiting the arrival of your payment to secure the reservation.

 

· Up to 60 days prior to your arrival date, you can secure a reservation of Casa del Cielo de las Estrellas  with a refundable security deposit of $125.

 

· The full payment of the rent plus the security deposit is due within 60 days prior to your arrival date.

 

Payment

 

             For payment we prefer payment through PayPal. You can pay with your credit card using PayPal. If you are not familiar with PayPal we can send you instructions. We also accept money through bank transfers or checks, but you have to pay for extra fees, if applied.

Cancellation/ Refund Policy

                        

             You may cancel your reservation with the following limits:

· Up to 60 days prior to your arrival date, receive a full refund.

· Up to 30 days prior to arrival date, receive a full refund less the $125 security deposit.

· No refund of the rent is possible within 30 days of your arrival date unless we can secure another reservation for the same dates. We will only refund the security deposit.

 

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances. We cannot pay a refund due to bad weather, arrival delays or early departures. We are not responsible or liable for any losses, delays, damages, or injuries.

Rates include:

· Free use of kayaks

· Free use of snorkeling gear

· Purified drinking water

· Towels and linens (one set per week)
